Biomed is an ice bath and meditation workshop based in New York City. It is about healing through embracing imperfections. Inspired by Kintsugi, we see beauty in the broken. The mission is to guide you on a journey of strength and beauty, led by experienced therapists, meditation instructors, and Kintsugi artists.
